When asked to name a good South American wine, most Phnom Penh wine drinkers will without a doubt mention a Chilean wine. This is surprising because Chile is only No 9 in terms of world wine production. Argentina on the other hand, produces almost twice as much wine and, in fact, is the fifth biggest producer of wine in the world.
The Third Edition of the AWA Awards Arrives
With the participation of international winemaking experts, it will be held from the 22nd to the 26 of February in Mendoza, Argentina, the third edition of the competition of Argentine wines for export, Argentina Wine Awards. On this occasion, the activity of the seminar will be focused on four key markets for wine exports: the United States, Canada, Brazil, and the United Kingdom.
